Small Group Training

Small Group training is tailored for a group of 2-5 individuals seeking similar goals.  Many of our youth athletes take advantage of this program.

This training program provides an even more intimate environment than some of our other programs.  It is a chance to grow as an athlete and take your training to the next level.  This program provides the same type of accountability as the private sessions and pushes each individual to take ownership of their own personal goals.  Whether it is two people or five of them they will be held accountable as if they were on a team.  You will be challenged both physically and mentally.  You will still benefit from world class coaching, and a personalized program designed specifically for your group. You will learn how to set goals and be given mini homework assignments to help you grow your mind outside of the gym!
