Stay Strong Class

ctp-2Stay Strong is a program tailored for anyone including athletes looking for increasing overall athleticism or someone looking to increase overall fitness and vitality. This group provides an energized setting to mix-it-up, get as an intense workout as you desire, and become extremely motivated.

The class includes a fusion of strength training, cardio, core, sports drills, speed/agility, and exercises to keep you motivated and challenged. Some benefits of the class include:

Stay Strong is our intro level class that introduces our philosophy of creating success within your own life. We have a very personal approach in helping everyone achieve their personal goals, and really focus on the personal development of each individual. It can include personal development of a young athlete to provide to effective strategies for dealing with bullying and peer pressure, to personal development of a CEO of a Fortune 500 company to live with less stress and more energy every day.
